One service marketing program across mail, email, text and social

Your customers do not live in one channel, and neither should your follow-up. Dealerwing runs mail, email, SMS and social off the same validated DMS data, then reports the repair orders each channel produced.

Most dealerships buy channels separately. A mail house owns the mail, the OEM portal owns the email, a texting tool sits with the BDC, and an agency runs social. Nobody dedupes the list, nobody suppresses the customer who already booked, and nobody can tell you which touch actually brought the car back.

Dealerwing starts with one validated customer and vehicle record, decides who should be contacted and on which channel, then sequences the touches so a customer hears from you the right number of times instead of four times in one week.

Every send is matched back to closed repair orders, so you can see spend, response and revenue by channel, by segment and by store.

One list, deduped and validated

Addresses, emails and mobile numbers are cleaned, deduped and consent-checked before a single message goes out.

Channel chosen per customer

Reachability and past response decide whether a customer gets mail, email, a text, a social impression or a sequence of all four.

Sequenced, not stacked

Touches are timed and suppressed against appointments and recent visits so nobody gets blasted.

Reported in repair orders

Every campaign is matched back to ROs so you see the revenue each channel produced, not just opens and clicks.

How it works

A process built on validated data

1

Validate the data

We pull your DMS records and clean, dedupe and verify addresses, emails and mobile numbers before anything is targeted.

2

Segment the opportunity

Declined work, lapsing customers, open recalls, mileage intervals and conquest households become defined, sized segments.

3

Assign channels and timing

Each segment gets the channels and sequence it responds to, with suppression and frequency rules applied up front.

4

Execute across channels

Mail, email, SMS and social run from one calendar so your team is not coordinating four vendors.

5

Match back and adjust

Closed ROs are matched to sends, then budget shifts to the segments and channels producing the best cost per RO.

Use cases

What each channel does in the program

Hover any channel for how Dealerwing uses it in a fixed ops program.

Direct mail

Reaches the customers your digital channels cannot.

Hover for detail

Validated addresses, variable-data offers by vehicle and service history, and mailings timed to declined work, mileage intervals and lapse windows. Matched back to ROs by household and VIN.

Email

The lowest-cost reminder channel when the list is clean.

Hover for detail

Deliverability-first sending on validated addresses, segmented by service history rather than one blast to everyone, with CAN-SPAM compliant preferences and unsubscribe handling.

SMS

Immediate response for time-sensitive service follow-up.

Hover for detail

TCPA-compliant, consent-gated texting for declined work, recall notices, appointment reminders and lapsed-customer reactivation, with quiet hours and opt-out language handled for you.

Social and paid audiences

Keeps your service brand visible between touches.

Hover for detail

Your own validated customer lists become audiences for reminder and conquest campaigns, so social supports the same segments the mail and email are working instead of running its own agenda.

Suppression and frequency control

Stops the four-messages-in-one-week problem.

Hover for detail

Appointments, recent visits, opt-outs and active OEM campaigns suppress touches automatically, and frequency caps keep contact at a level customers tolerate.

Landing pages and scheduling

Every touch lands somewhere that books.

Hover for detail

Offers point to trackable pages tied to your scheduler, so response is captured with the customer, vehicle and offer attached rather than lost in general web traffic.

Match-back reporting

One report, every channel, in repair orders.

Hover for detail

Sends are matched to closed ROs so you can compare cost per RO across mail, email, SMS and social, then move budget to what is producing.

FAQ

Common questions

Do we have to use every channel?

No. Most dealers start with the two channels their data supports best, usually mail and email, then add SMS once consent is captured properly and social once the segments are proven.

How does social media actually help fixed operations?

By promoting the work that is already sitting in your data: service reminders, open recalls, declined service follow-up, sold-not-serviced owners, seasonal offers and conquest service campaigns, aimed at defined audiences rather than a general local feed.

Why does data quality matter for social advertising?

The audience decides the efficiency of the spend. Wrong ownership data, duplicate records, out-of-market customers and dead contact details all put your budget in front of people who were never an opportunity.

Will customers get too many messages?

Frequency caps and suppression rules are set before launch. Appointments, recent visits and opt-outs remove customers from upcoming touches automatically.

How is this different from what our OEM program already sends?

OEM programs run on OEM data and their own calendar. Dealerwing works from your DMS, suppresses against active OEM campaigns where feasible and fills the gaps those programs leave, especially declined work and lapsed customers.

Can you prove which channel produced the repair order?

Yes. Sends are matched back to closed ROs at the customer and vehicle level, and reporting shows response and revenue by channel and segment, including overlap where a customer was touched more than once.

Who handles consent for texting?

We work from consent already recorded in your systems and help you capture it correctly going forward. Customers without documented consent are not texted.

Do we keep our own creative and offers?

Yes. Your offers, pricing and brand standards drive the creative, including OEM co-op requirements when funds are being claimed.
